Professional Teeth Whitening
Our office provides multiple in-office professional teeth whitening options. We only use the most advanced and highest rated technologies, currently KöR Whitening system, Boost Opalescence and Opalescence Go!
Whether you like it or not, you are judged by the whiteness of your smile. Genetics, diet, oral hygiene, and other factors play a big role in how white our teeth remain, but now, in recent years, teeth whitening has become one of the most popular cosmetic dental procedures.
Our team of skilled dental professionals is able to use the most advanced treatment options for teeth whitening available. Zoom and Venus are the industry-leading options for those seeking to drastically whiten their teeth in the shortest amount of time.
Instant gratification can be achieved in as little as a two-hour whitening procedure that boasts incredible results. Simple, painless, and almost instant is what you get when you trust the dental offices of Dr. Angela Berkovich, DMD. For the procedure, your cosmetic dentist will coat your teeth with a 25% hydrogen peroxide gel. Once the entire surface area of your teeth is coated, your dentist will shine a special laser light on your teeth that activates the gel.
Our patients are blown away by the immediate improvement – typically six to 10 shades whiter or more is about the standard result. To learn more about how our teeth whitening services can help you smile more confidently, contact the office of Dr. Angela Berkovich, DMD.
One of the most amazing technological dental developments is the use of CEREC® technology. The acronym stands for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics, and it means that our dentists can restore your damaged teeth, economically, in as little as an hour, by creating a custom ceramic piece for the tooth.
How Does CEREC® Work?
By incorporating the engineering technology of CAD (computer-aided design) and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing), CEREC weds imaging, computer modeling, and milling into one instrument to create exact matches for dental restorations.
First, your dentist will use the special camera to take a detailed image of the damaged tooth. The digital image is then uploaded into the special CAD program where the dentist will then design the custom restoration piece. Once the design is completed, the CAM component takes over and automatically creates the restoration while you wait. When the piece is completed, your dentist will bond the new piece to your existing tooth permanently.
Benefits of CEREC® Technology
Gone are the days of waiting for restoration and cosmetic pieces to come back from the lab because when we use CEREC®, the process takes about an hour to complete.
- One Appointment Necessary
- Our dentists do not need to take impressions or molds and create temporaries for you to use while you wait for the second appointment; that step has been eliminated with the utilization of CEREC®.
- Accuracy and Precision
- When utilizing computer programs, the products that are produced are extremely accurate and precise.
- Aesthetic and Durable
- CEREC® produces restorations in ceramic-based materials, which makes them extremely strong, natural looking, tissue-compatible, anti-abrasive, and plaque-resistant.

If you are looking for a quick, long-lasting solution to creating a beautiful, natural smile, then LUMINEERS is an option that you should definitely consider. They are considered to be an effective way of changing your smile to what you’ve always envisioned.
The custom-designed, ultra-thin LUMINEERS are a proven procedure that has been providing exceptional smiles for years. While they are not considered to be a permanent solution because they can be removed if necessary, LUMINEERS are, however, proven to last for over 20 years.
Unlike traditional veneers, LUMINEERS do not require any grinding, filing shots, drilling, or other painful procedure to produce your dream smile. The application of the custom designed LUMINEERS is truly a no discomfort procedure.
LUMINEERS with LUMINATE in LUMITray Technology
The less time spent in the dentist chair the better, as most would agree, and now that’s a reality when our dentists use LUMINEERS with LUMINATE in LUMITray. You can now get a digital preview of the design and instead of placing each one at a time. LUMITray allows your dentist to place them all at the same time. Less time, more accuracy, and a digital preview sound like a win-win-win, so ask our dentists for more information about the two.
About the LUMINEER Procedure
This revolutionary technology allows individuals to achieve that perfect smile, in less time and greater accuracy than prior procedures. Whether LUMINEERS or LUMINEERS with LUMINATE in LUMITray technology is your method of choice, you will be amazed at how simple the entire process is and blown away by the outstanding results.
The first visit will involve meeting with your dentist to discuss the process and choose the right shade for your LUMINEERS. Also, you will need impressions taken of the teeth you are looking to upgrade. The impressions, current photos, shade selection, and other relevant records will be sent to an authorized LUMINEERs laboratory.
Once your dentist receives your custom LUMINEERS, the second visit will be the placement. Prior to the attachment, your dentist will ensure a proper fit and then etch the surface of your teeth to enhance the bonding. One by one or with the LUMITray, the LUMINEERS are then attached.
Straightforward, painless, and top-notch results are the status quo for individuals who choose LUMINEERS as the method for improving their smile.

Traditional veneers have been around for nearly 100 years as the primary way to artificially change the appearance of someone’s smile. Today, porcelain veneers are still an excellent option for those who are looking to spark their self-confidence with a more attractive and vibrant smile.
Porcelain veneers are very thin and extremely strong because they are crafted from porcelain ceramic mix material. This mix allows for the perfect shade of tooth color to be created with ease while keeping a natural appearance.
Our skilled cosmetic dentists do an amazing job of adhering your custom veneers perfectly, to ensure the right fit and appearance. As for a long-term smile solution, veneers are one of the best routes to take because they can improve all of the following:
- Undesirable tooth shape
- Yellow, gray, or other discolorations and stains
- Cracks, chips, breaks, and any other aesthetic issue
- Crooked teeth
If you’ve been putting off this big decision for a while now, and you’re still living with a smile you are not 100% confident in, then come talk to one of our cosmetic dentists about the process and details.
There are several choices available when deciding what type of crowns are best to use, but Dr. Angela Berkovich, DMD, often suggests porcelain over other materials. Cosmetic crowns are used to enhance the visual appearance of the teeth and can provide some functional improvement for troublesome teeth as well.
Porcelain is our top choice because when it comes to blending in with your natural teeth, porcelain is virtually indistinguishable. Similar to veneers, which are thin coverings over the front of teeth, crowns can dramatically improve the aesthetics of your smile.
However, unlike veneers, crowns cover the whole tooth, which provides an extra layer of protection and strength. Crowns are sometimes used to protect teeth that have been damaged or are too weak to withstand normal functionality. Discomfort and pain are often associated with weak or damaged teeth, and our goal is to provide a beautiful, functional smile.
In the past, crowns were built on metal cores that enabled them to hold up to the daily demands of teeth. The shortcoming of these types of crowns is that they become easily noticeable due to the dark metal exposed. Now, advancements in porcelain materials have allowed us to make crowns entirely out of porcelain that retain all the strength and durability necessary while looking identical to a natural tooth.
Dental crowns are a very common procedure and our staff is more than happy to discuss the details of enhancing your smile with porcelain crowns.
Contouring and Reshaping
If you are unhappy with the shape of your teeth, there is a solution that we offer at the office of Dr. Angela Berkovich. By simply reshaping your natural teeth, a beautiful smile is easily achievable.
Tooth contouring requires an artistic touch by our cosmetic dentists to create the exact dental profile that you desire. Unlike other cosmetic dental treatments, the results of contouring are almost instant, and it is a great option for those with minor defects such as chips, length disparity, cracks, or overlapping teeth. Depending on your consultation, bonding – the use of tooth-colored resin to fix imperfections – may be used in conjunction with contouring to gain the desired outcome.
One visit to our office is all that is required to get the smile that you deserve and is recommended for those individuals who have healthy teeth and are looking for aesthetic improvements that can be achieved through the subtle reshaping of your teeth.
For the most cost-effective, painless, and fastest cosmetic option for that smile you’ve always wanted, contact the office of Dr. Angela Berkovich, DMD.
If you have a chip, spot of decay, fractured, or discolored tooth, our dentists may often recommend undergoing a procedure called dental bonding to fix the problem. Essentially, bonding is the use of a composite resin to rebuild the damaged area of the tooth.
Bonding requires a good deal of skill and experience on our dentist’s behalf, to craft the resin into the natural shape to achieve the look of the normal tooth. Like with other procedures that utilize composite resin, bonding resin is tooth-colored, which allows it to blend in seamlessly.
In just one short appointment, many imperfections can be corrected with the use of dental bonding.
What is Dental Bonding Used For?
There are several types of dental situations that bonding is a great solution for. Not only is the outcome aesthetically appealing, but it holds up to all the necessary functions of a normal tooth. Bonding can correct the following issues:
- Fix chips or cracked teeth
- Fill in the space between two teeth
- Add length to one or more teeth to create uniformity
- Change the shape of a tooth
- Enhance the whiteness of a stained or discolored tooth
- Protect an exposed root of a tooth caused by receding gums or other condition
Bonding is an affordable solution to a variety of subtle dental imperfections. Consult with one of our cosmetic dentists to learn more about the details and develop a course of action to get the smile you desire.
If you’ve had a tooth (or teeth) extracted for any number of reasons or experienced trauma that resulted in the loss of a tooth, you’ve dealt with the embarrassment that comes from having gaps in your smile. Porcelain bridges are one of the best options for replacing the gaps left by missing teeth.
Almost identical to a natural tooth, porcelain bridges look and function like a normal tooth, and only require minor repairs or adjustments during their lifespan, which can be 10 years or more.
Benefits of Procelain Bridges
The benefits of a porcelain bridge range from aesthetics to functionality, which is why they are a great option if you are looking to regain that complete smile. Porcelain bridges offer the following benefits:
- Completes a smile left by gaps of missing teeth
- Helps support the facial tissues and restore a natural appearance
- By filling the gaps, they help to prevent unwanted shifting of remaining natural teeth
- Regain the ability to chew normally and speak naturally
Even though porcelain bridges require two appointments, the results are well worth it, and a temporary bridge will be given to provide comfort and protection while your permanent bridge is being made. Porcelain bridges are wonderful cosmetic dentistry tools that are painless, fast, and durable. Perhaps the best part is that they can greatly help you regain your self-confidence in your smile.
There has never been a more convenient, easier, and faster way to improve your smile than with the snap-on teeth. Dr. Angela Berkovich and her dentist team understand that oral surgery and orthodontics are not for everyone. For some people with gaps or breaks in their teeth, having a full corrective treatment is not always necessary.
In these cases, snap in dentures may be a much better option as it eliminates the need for expensive and lengthy cosmetic treatments. It is a convenient, non-invasive, affordable, and complete reversible dental appliance that can transform and improve your smile. In just two visits to our office, you can have a new fabulous smile!
What Is Snap-on Smile?
It is a removable cosmetic prosthesis that easily fits right over your natural (lower or upper) teeth without covering the palate or impinging on the gingival tissue. It covers missing, crooked, or gapped teeth, and requires 2 painless visits with no changes in tooth structure, no shot, and no drilling. This prosthetic piece is specifically made according to your personal preference.
You will be able to choose the size, color, and shape of your new teeth. Once the snap-on veneers are designed, the appliance will ‘’snap’’ over your teeth to improve your smile. It is a non-invasive procedure for patients of all ages, as it is safe and requires no recovery time.

Similar to a dental or mouth retainer, invisible aligners are used for dentistry procedures as a method of properly moving and aligning teeth for a gorgeous smile. Our office usually recommends this prosthesis for patients who have minor spacing issues, and moderately or mildly crowded teeth.
If you are thinking about transforming and improving your smile, you might find that the invisible braces could be the best choice for you. They offer you a chance to live your life fully, with no embarrassment, no hassle, and free of the traditional braces’ barriers.
What Is Invisalign?
Invisalign is one of the most convenient methods to straighten teeth, which requires our patients to make small changes in their life to accommodate this dental treatment. Here in our office, our highly-trained Invisalign dentist molds custom, durable, smooth and clear plastic into an almost invisible prosthesis that fits right over your teeth.
Dr. Angela Berkovich and the team choose the right treatment plan for each individual case that will require the patient to wear the prosthesis for more than 20 hours per day. Your teeth will be aligned within the next 12 months if you follow the method correctly. You won’t feel any difficulties or pain while wearing them, but you will need to be responsible with how you treat your trays and teeth during this orthodontic procedure.
Benefits of Invisalign Braces
This prosthesis offers an effective and quick way of transforming and improving your smile, which doesn’t include additional dental surgeries or complex movement. It is created from plastic — which is crystal clear and barely noticeable. That is an excellent option for people who don’t like the look of regular braces.
The Invisalign braces are not only invisible on your teeth, but they also don’t affect your speech. You can take the braces off whenever you want, however, it is recommended to wear the Invisalign braces for a minimum of twenty hours per day. It is the best solution for dealing with misaligned teeth in adults and teens.
