We want every patient to be able to use this website, whether you use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, screen magnification or a phone. That includes reading about a treatment, finding our address, calling us and requesting an appointment.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We don’t use an accessibility overlay or plug-in. Fixes are made in the website itself.
What is in place
- Every page starts with a “Skip to main content” link and declares its language.
- The menus are standard page elements. They open with a keyboard or a tap and work without JavaScript.
- Links and buttons show a clear outline when you move to them with a keyboard.
- Every field on the appointment request form has a visible label that says whether it is required. If something needs fixing, the message appears under that field and is announced to screen readers.
- Nothing moves on its own: no scroll or load animations. Hover and menu transitions stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Our phone number is in the header and footer of every page. On phones, a call button and a booking button stay at the bottom of the screen.
Known limitations
We are still working on these:
- Much of the text and many photos come from our previous website. Some of those photos have no text description yet (the before-and-after photos, for example, are labelled only “Before” and “After”), and some older pages skip heading levels or have more than one main heading.
- A few pages mention videos, such as an office tour, that are not shown on this website yet.
- Directions open in Google Maps, which we don’t control.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please call us at (954) 427-3000. You can also tell us in person at 1348 E Hillsboro Blvd Suite A, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. We’ll help you get the information or book your visit another way, and we’ll use what you tell us to fix the website.
You can also request an appointment online.
How we check
We test pages with an automated accessibility checker (Lighthouse) and on a phone-sized screen, and we review this statement when the website changes.
